2 cans of Brunswick Sardines in Springwater (No Added Salt)

¼ red onion, finely sliced

1-2 tbs chopped parsley

1 tbs vinegar

Cracked pepper to taste

Small handful (25g) parsley, finely chopped

½ brown onion (55g) finely chopped or use 25g chives, chopped

6 capers

1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper

1 1/2 cup (95g) breadcrumbs

3/4 tsp horseradish

1 egg, lightly whisked
